Refund policy

You have 2 weeks from order date to pick up in store. Without any communication from you, orders not picked up will be put back out on the sales floor with no refund.

Snips & Snails will accept, for return or exchange, items that are unaltered and free of damages by the customer for website orders only. Facebook sales, Lives and in store are all sales final. Mail out your item within 14 days from receipt of original order. Items must be returned with Snips & Snails tags still attached.
